Typographical Errors

In the event that a, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price,, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price., Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled,, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by, Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Charter, Business Booster and Perpetual Memberships

Certain users may be offered and elect to purchase a various programs which include perpetual subscriptions to the application (Charter, Business Booster Program and Perpetual Membership). These programs include and provide certain special assistance in set-up and system use, and also a perpetual subscription to the application, including future upgrades., Inc. reserves the right to alter the application at any time, including changes that may fundamentally alter its capabilities. Further, our ability to continue to provide the application over time, depends of the survival and longevity of the company. In the event that the software is no longer offered to any users for any reason,, Inc. makes no guarantee as to the longevity and survivability of the application. In such event,, Inc. will not be required to refund any program or membership fees.

Modifications to this User Agreement, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter this user agreement at any time. You can find the most recent version of these terms and conditions on the site, with the date of last modification noted above. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. Therefore, we encourage you to check the date of our user agreement whenever you visit the site to check if it has been updated. You must review this user agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms and conditions, your sole recourse is to immediately stop all use of the products. If any part of these terms and conditions are determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. A printed version of this user agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this user agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

User Conduct/Acceptable Use Policy

Unauthorized use of, Inc. products and services, or the resale of said products and services without our prior written consent is prohibited. You shall not copy, sell, transfer, distribute, publish or assign your license to our products and services in any format to any third party.

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a, Inc. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. Payment of Fees; Automatic Renewal

The fees applicable for, Inc. products and services are available at and as published within the products and services., Inc. reserves the to change the fees or applicable charges and to institute new charges at any time, upon thirty (30) days prior notice to you (which may be sent by email to the address you have most recently provided to us).

Unless (1) specifically agreed upon in writing between user and, Inc. at the commencement of a subscription term, or (2) unless user notifies, Inc. via a phone call to 1-855-228-6824 (with cancellation confirmation from a, Inc. representative) no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the conclusion of the term, at the conclusion of any service term, whether monthly, yearly or otherwise,, Inc. will automatically renew the subscription for the same term and will charge the user’s credit card [or employ another payment method as agreed between the company and the user such as a check or wire transfer] on the first day of the renewal term.

Payments for all accounts are due within 30 days of billing date.

If payment is not received by the end of the 30-day time period, the user’s account will be frozen and inaccessible until all outstanding payments have been processed by, Inc. Users retain the responsibility for settling all outstanding balances in a timely manner and maintaining updated billing information. If not complied with, at the end of 90 days, the user’s account will be deactivated.

Refund of Charges

Except as specifically set forth in this section, all, Inc. products and services are prepaid for the period selected (monthly, yearly or otherwise) and are non-refundable. This includes accounts that are renewed in accordance with the previous section.

When users cancel their account, they will not be issued refunds for their most recent (or any previous) billing. Annual subscribers who wish to cancel and request a refund may do so within 30 days of the day on which they were charged for their account; in these cases, only a partial refund equivalent to 80% of the annual fee will be returned. Other requests for refunds may be processed at the sole discretion of a, Inc. sales staff member.

Requests to cancel or change services must be 1) received in writing via email, or else submitted electronically through the application. All cancellations and downgrades are processed automatically. Valid requests for refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Third-Party Links

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors,, Inc. may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with, Inc.,, Inc. has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of, Inc. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk., Inc. shall have no liability, obligation or responsibility for any correspondence, purchase or promotion between you and any such third-party. We do however, plan to create a national database of professional services partners, and with their permission, make introductions between these parties, including the transmittal of selected information about the parties such as name, job title, location , contact details and professional history.

(Last Updated: December 15, 2015)’s Corporate Trust Commitment is committed to achieving and maintaining the trust of our customers. Integral to this mission is providing a robust security and privacy program that carefully considers data protection matters across our suite of services, including data submitted by customers to our services (“Customer Data”).

Services Covered

This documentation describes the architecture of, the security and privacy-related audits and certifications received for, and the administrative, technical, and physical controls applicable to the services provides (“ Services”).

Third-Party Infrastructure

The infrastructure used by to host Customer Data submitted to the Services is provided by a third party provider, Amazon Web Services, Inc. (“AWS”). Currently, the infrastructure hosted by AWS in provisioning of the Services is located in the United States.
Additionally, a portion of customer support for the Services is provided using third party technology (Infusionsoft) for secure storage of our client’s contact information, and credit card information.

Audits and Certifications

The following security and privacy-related audits and certifications are applicable to the Services: operates in an ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) Certified Facility as overseen by the US State Department and all employees are trained and tested at least annually on ITAR requirements and procedures requiring among other things security of data, company know-how, technical capabilities and facility. These guidelines are designed to protect company data from capture by foreign governments and other entities hostile to the United States and thus provide corollary benefits for the protection of sensitive data from incursion by other outside entities as well.

A PCI Compliance Audit and Certification is conducted on an annual basis by Trustwave as required by certain financial institutions with which does business. These audits concern the security of sensitive customer data of all sorts, but also including credit card data. is currently certified to be in full Compliance with PCI standards.

Additionally, the Services undergo security assessments by internal personnel and third parties, which include infrastructure vulnerability assessments and application security assessments, on at least an annual basis.

Security of Data Overview

We recognize that all client data, including contact details and correspondence is confidential. This recognition manifests itself in two major ways within 1) Strict internal procedures limiting and controlling our employee’s access to client data. Beyond these procedures, password protections and other usual measures, all of our employees are required to sign a Secrecy and Confidentiality Agreement which we enforce and which is binding upon them; and 2) We utilize state of the art security procedures to protect our data bases within an Amazon Cloud solution.

Security Controls

The Services include a variety of security controls. These controls include:

  • Unique user identifiers (user IDs) to ensure that activities can be attributed to the responsible individual;
  • Password length controls;
  • Password complexity requirements for Web and mobile access to the Services;
  • Web and mobile access to the Services via OAuth;

Security Procedures, Policies and Logging

The Services are operated in accordance with the following procedures to enhance security:

  • User passwords are stored using a salted hash format and are never transmitted unencrypted;
  • User access log entries will be maintained, containing date, time, URL executed or entity ID operated on, operation performed (viewed, edited, etc.) and source IP address. Note that source IP address might not be available if NAT(Network Address Translation) or PAT (Port Address Translation) is used by a customer or its ISP;
  • Logs will be stored in a secure centralized host to prevent tampering;
  • Passwords are not logged under any circumstances;
  • No defined passwords are set by;
  • OAuth tokens are encrypted and not transmitted unencrypted.

Intrusion Detection, or an authorized independent third party, will monitor the Services for unauthorized intrusions using network-based intrusion detection mechanisms. may analyze data collected by users’ web browsers (e.g., device type, screen resolution, time zone, operating system version, browser type and version, system fonts, installed browser plug-ins, enabled MIME types, etc.) for security purposes, including to detect compromised browsers, to prevent fraudulent authentications, and to ensure that the Services function properly.

Security Logs

All systems used in the provision of the Services, including firewalls, routers, network switches and operating systems, log information to their respective system’s log facility or a centralized syslog server (for network systems) in order to enable security reviews and analysis.

Incident Management maintains security incident management policies and procedures. promptly notifies impacted customers of any actual or reasonably-suspected unauthorized disclosure of their respective Customer Data by or its agents of which becomes aware to the extent permitted by law.

User Authentication

Access to the Services, directly or via the API, requires a valid user ID and password
combination, or an API key/secret, both of which are encrypted via TLS while in transmission. Following a successful authentication, a random session ID is generated and stored in the user’s browser to preserve and track session state.

Physical Security

Production data centers used to provide the Services have systems that control physical access to the data center. These systems permit only authorized personnel to access secure areas. The facilities are designed to withstand any adverse weather and other reasonably predictable natural conditions, are secured by around-the-clock guards, physical access screening and escort-controlled access, and are also supported by on-site back-up generators in the event of a power failure.

Reliability and Backup

All networking components, load balancers, web servers and application servers are configured in a redundant
configuration. All Customer Data submitted to the Services is stored on a primary database server that is clustered with a backup database server for redundancy. All Customer Data submitted to the Services is backed up daily.


The Services do not scan for viruses that could be included in attachments or other data uploaded into the Services by customers.

Data Encryption

The Services use industry-accepted encryption products to protect Customer Data and communications during transmissions between a customer’s network and the Services, including 256-bit TLS Certificates and 256-bit AES encryption at a minimum.

Return of Customer Data

Within 30 days post contract termination, customers may request return of their respective Customer Data, to the extent such Customer Data can be copied and exported from the Services and the ability to export such data is generally made available to customers, by contacting

Sensitive Personal Data
